All songs written between September 1994 and October 1996.

Tracks 1 - 8 were recorded on November 2nd, 1996 @ Raw Recordings, in Mahopac, New York by Jean-Christophe Santalis on 24 tracks in about 9 hours. Tracks 9 - 21 were recorded on 16 tracks during the middle of a blizzard on February 16th - 18th, 1996 by Alap Momin and Keith Deblasi @ Sweetwood Sound in Parsippany, New Jersey, for the "Better Off Dead" e.p.

This is a split release between Coalition and Teamwork records.

Track 9 ("Stamp Of Approval") is an audio sample and contains no music.

Tracks 20 - 99 are all untitled and unlisted.

Track 97 is a live cover of the song "Friend or Foe" originally by Negative Approach.

Tracks 22-96, 98, and 99 are blank tracks.

This comes in a cardboard sleeve layout.
