Alain Barrière - Tu T'En Vas FLAC album

I was about 17 when I first got into Alain Barierre's music, and this was (his) first album I purchased. What compelled me to buy it was the hit single "Tu T'En Vas" that was making some serious waves and chart busting through out the Europe just the year before. This is one fine collection, although it would be even better if they included "Un poete", a flip side from "Tu T'En Vas". Although there's not much data on production, it is more than obvious that this album was superbly arranged and produced.

A real show stopper on the A side (aparet form Tu T'En Vas) are "A Coups De Nuits" and "Il Faut Danser, Marie", fine ballads that you could appreciate even if you didn't speak French. The B side brings us to the brilliantly executed ballad "Pour La Dernière Fois" and Rêve Et Réalité. I wish this album was remastered and re-issued in CD format. I am sure that fans around the globe would be just delighted.

Superb album, worth owning and listening.
