Another mix that is digitaly made like many megamixes from back then . It's too much of the same like House Party 8 , House Party 12 are exact similar products . The so called DJ name that mix this CD is obvious since it is made in the same studio and maybe it was mixed by a random dude .Other examples from mixes that got digitaly made ; Thunderdome 1-5 megamixes Thunderdome Best of megamix 1-10 All the House Party series with the except of House Party 6 that one is the only excellent that divided two eras the Rave,House fahrwell era to Hardcore/Gabber the new style era .Terrordrome 1,2,3&4 megamix CD Terrordrome 7&9 megamix CD

Dunnowhy ,I know where you want to go and that i respect . I have seen many Hardcore/Electronic magazines in the 80's/90's and later on on Youtube and so many stuff has been said differently by some DJ/Artist themselves . They were young back then , now they're older and many of these artists has forgotten how it worked back then . As other stuff "secrets" how they did this and that will never be taught today . But all these mixes/megamixes or what not are and were in a way scams , to sell these merchandising more easier . Com'n every House Party megamix compilation was identical by offering ; 1- The Intro , in a journey of peace blabla.... ( random text )2- The Biggest tracks in the TOP 10/50 charts and nightclubs 3- The Middles Chill , stay calm it's not over yet blabla ... ( random text ) 4- The Second part from biggest tracks used in nightclubs mixed woth some b-sides5- The Outro , fahrwell the rainbow disapeared blabla.... ( random text ) Only one House Party was giving something different was house party 6 which was the ending of pure Rave music and the real hardcore/gabber from Thunderdome .Claiming this House Party 10 being the best is not fair as people hasn't listened to like i said House Party 8 & 12 which offered the exact same materials , of course the tracks are different but there it stops . Making megamixes is easy to do you know since everyone has now a computer and there are tons of free programms to use and a random person can make them so easily without doing an effort . Some programms can even pre-program a peek tone to be mixed on the right moment into a track . You can even go sleep as it do it all for you . Thats why today these last 15 years we haven't these megamixes/medley's/mixes/meltingpot anymore on CD's . People already knew how it went in the late 90's .There's one megamix compilation which give me a hard time to debate about being digitaly made in a studio or hand made . Is the "Hellraider : One Way Trip Mix" the first one from 1994 . Various-Hellraider-The One Way Trip Mix .

Thunderdome Megamix 1-5 was most probably done with a sampler and a 909 yeah. also the mixes were most probably cut and paste and not done in 1 take. search for "Darkraver, Gizmo, And Buzz Fuzz making the Hellraiser megamix" on YouTube to see what i mean.

Well they were studios with expensive materials that were owned by labels such as Arcade for example so they mixed in their studios . These compilations such as House Party and so on are all digitally made . They're way too purely mixed without even some errors, crackings, speed errors and what not . All the tracks blend too good together to be true whereas some shown on the back cover of the compilations aren't even used at all . Biggest examples - the last 4 or 5 tracks on Thunderdome Megamix 1-5 with the baby as front cover suddenly runs way too fast because the running time from the CD was to it's end . As none of the so called titles shown was mixed or just briefly less than 5 seconds which it isn't possible to do with Records purely .- Serious Beats Mission Thunderstorm megamix 35% or more of the tracks shown in the booklet/inlay isn't even present in the mix itself nor it is even heard on the compilation . Even there the ending is speeding up none turntable can do and thus is done digitally . Same goes for those so called "Live Mix in UK or whatever country or nightclub" thats one of the easiest trick to do with a programm that existed in the 70's and 80's digitally .

stop talking bullshit. it wasn't possible to mix purely digitally back then. there's enough footage around of these guys mixing for compilations like these. they would mix bit for bit and then cut and paste everything together.

Use to bang this tape a lot back in 94. Brings back a lot of good memories. Hard to top this gabba mix.

According to me this is one of the best mix cd's ever appeared in the (early) Hardcore and Gabber scene. The combination/compilation of tracks are perfectly representing the sound of the scene of those old day's. The mixing quality also deserves a huge respect! I have never heard any (Hardcore/Gabber) mix where its (master)mixers took soo much time (and effort) to make it such masterpiece. All compilations and/or mix CD's that came out after this CD/Year where cheap rip-offs where someone tried to earn some money with this growing scene. This really is a masterpiece which all (oldskool) Hardcore/Gabber fans should adore, Massive! Thanks Lownoise, Theo and Steve!

This one is a good follow-up to part 8, which is mixed by the Dream Team (Gizmo,Buzz Fuzz,The Prophet & Dano).On the rest of your review I have to agree...
