Dawn Of Ashes - Sacred Fever FLAC album

YAY! That's how a remaster has to sound!

A massive improvement over the first low quality album release of the band. Many even treat it as a demo because of this. The release never sounded better and it is quite enjoyable for people who are into evil sounding Dark Electro.

Really happy that this is actually a proper remaster. Frequencies, heights and loudness were improved. Quite the opposite of many modern remasters where the audio engineer simply amplifies the volume of the music. This should be forbidden. I can't even believe some consider this remastering. That often makes the music just worse and causes clipping. Best recent example for me is still the Alien Vampires release "Evil Lasts Forever". There was nothing remastered about it and the audio engineer should be fired.

As a bonus there is also the new track named "Mark Of The Beast". Honestly it doesn't quite fit into the sound of the album. Not sure if Kristof tried to make a track with the old sound or just something in the direction of Bornless Fire. If it's the first then I have to say he kind of failed. Well, maybe he can't even pull this sound off anymore. Or more like he doesn't want to.

Now I just wish there would be a CD of this. Or a Vinyl. This release would deserve a physical release, even if limited. Would buy it in a heartbeat.

Must have for Dark Electro fans and people that want to dive into the earlier eras of Hellektro in general.
