Dio - Dream Evil FLAC album

I have a version that's not on the list the cat# is П94 RAT 30848 (recorded in 1987), it doesn't say which country, but I think it's Russia. Does anyone here knows something about this version?

I'm sure it's from a series of pirate editions issued by Russian sound engineer Andrei Tropillo. The list started with The Beatles White album and Jesus Christ superstar (Gillan version) in (I'm not 100% sure) 1989. These LPs had Russian writing that meant "Recorded from Radio broadcast", but of course they were copied from CDs. The artwork was poor quality copies from original LP or even CD artwork. I remember that 3rd Deep Purple album's back sleeve was copied from CD tray card which had a part of Bosch painting zoomed up with track list in very big letters. They were all pressed by Leningrad LP plant. At least the ones I've seen. Many people bought them, though they were rather expensive: one could buy an original West German or American LP at the flea market for that money. The series embraced many titles but was short lived, because very soon the CDs ("feer-men-ny-ye" (authentic ones made by Western manufacturers(firms)) for the rich and "Bulgarian" (all first pirateCDs in Russia came from Bulgaria) for the poor) became quite available and filled the market. I think that later issues (and your Dio record I think is one of them, because I didn't see such record that years) were pressed in significantly small numbers and are rather rare now.
