great ep should be far more sought after than it actually is, maybe it came out to late for people to care, seems even the beardstroke massive still aint cottened on, everybody still wanking themselfs trying to get a copy of nutty bass or Tandj, pick this up

Faugami

It doesn't come along very often but when it does grab it - quite a militant sound overall (as subsystem_jungle says, a tough 12") but enough going on to surprise and turn heads - I guess The Riddle is gonna be many people's favourite but every track's got something.

Hucama

Tha sample used on the track 'The Riddle'is from an advert for Kellogs crunchy nut cornflakes that was on TV at the time. It says "you never know whats going to come next.." still makes me chuckle.

The track 1000 barz is the best for me however. It has very fast chopped up amen and a great vocal sample that builds the tune up before the amen drops. This really is a wicked and tough 12".

Hellblade

The highlight of this 12" is by far The Riddle, With its cheeky sampling "You never know whats going to come next" or "For instance" and along with the obvious Riddler sample, make this track a refreshing change from the played out ragga sampled tracks that dominated the era. Although released in 1996 (The era of Jump Up) it retains a mid 95 feel with its snappy amen programing and i feel one of the best bass lines ever cut to a 12". You just cant help but to get that neck bone workin to this one.
