The release comes with a .txt file, four .jpg files, and two .pdf files:
– the first .pdf file contains the original files of the CD artworks;
– the second .pdf file contains a disclaimer that warns users about the questionable content, but it is mostly made up of the script from track 3.
The text file is made up of a thank you message, some background information on the release, basic context to the story, a tracklist, and extended credits.

The act is split in three parts (a telephone scene, a meeting scene, and what is called "hypnotic induction"—the longest of the three parts). The text also includes stage directions.

"Erectortion-02" is also mentioned as "エレクトーション02" on the cover.
"誘惑催眠ガール" transliterates to "Yuwaku Saimin Gaaru" and translates to "Hypnotic Temptation Girl".
