Does anyone else have a surface noise issue on one channel on the A side?

Phain
Yes, the problem is on my June 2015 repress.

Usanner
I've got the first pressing and no problems with that. Actually sounds great.

Qutalan
actually all the way on both channels...

Ginaun
yeah here...

Ytli
Small repress now available. Keep an eye out!

For those that say this EP is exactly like the other Fresh Insights EP are just flat out wrong. Yes, they are similar, but we're talking Sprinkles here -- even the most subtle change counts in his world. EP 2 has an more overall laid back and ambient vibe to it, yet still danceable. Both EP's offer something different and are absolutely worth having. In fact, if you're more of a Sprinkles fan than a Fell fan, I would recommend picking up EP 2 if you're only going to buy one. Great stuff!

In sound-reconstruction, Minor difference, in feel and buildup: Big difference.. Sprinkles goes on a very deeper take on Insights LOW bassline, more stripped and added light percussion. Heavier bottom on it. Much like...So amaze.. wow..His alternative mix of Fresh is more direct forward and straight to the point burner. While on disc one it breaks down and leaves open the best parts (Bass and Kick) , it just forwards ahead with Tony Benn layered very simple on top. But to me i prefer the original take. The breakdown is just a defining moment for the track.

Minimal difference between this EP and EP1 - if you've got one, you really don't need to bother with the other.

Very similar to the first e.p. with just that extra 'sprinkling' of Thaemlitz magic. Side A is the pick of the bunch imo.
