Notes

There is no actual mention of Electronic on the labels but the yellow colour and font are identical to that used on the mailing list-only Remix CD (CDRDJ 6483). Similarly the tracks here are identical to those on the CD but have alternate mix titles. The 12" comes in a plain black sleeve.

Electronic were on the wane by this time, critically and commercially, hence the single was pulled by Parlaphone and released solely as a promo.
The album, apart from a couple of songs was poor, the single release mixes hardly improved matters sounding like car crashes of ideas, patterns and textures, rather than, as you might expect from members of The Smiths, New Order and Krattwerk, sounding inventive and unique, it sounds more like imitations of M-People or D:ream and as one contemporary review read "like Dad at the Disco".
Thankfully EMI have released the tracks digitally so long suffering fans can satiate their curiosity without turning to crime or economic despair, the music itself is bland and underwhelming.
