Very nice release to complete GO's Archive series. And if you are one of the lucky 300, who collected all Archive 10"'s over the years it is a really excellent addition to your collection. Quality!

boy you sound like a frustrated child who didn't get the toy at the supermarket...Your point could have been interesting if only it didn't carry some illogical steps. If they became such cash diggers why don't they release each archive in 700 copies ? why did they release civilization in 500 copies when they could obviously sell double, why are they not releasing one album per year ? why are they not reprinting Mind Control ?.. and sorry not sorry, but if you're not one of the numerous followers who were expecting those studio versions of some really rare live tracks then you shouldn't have no interesest in the Archive serie.One more thing, if they sell one copy 23 euros and you see resellers selling same copy for 129, tesco still earn 23€ and reseller 106€, it's just as simple as that. Blame resellers not Tesco...

They sold Civilization at 500 copies because it was a pain to realize the whole project anyway. Too expensive I guess. It is a big boxset with special material and "special" packaging that they already announced many years ago. I it took such a long time, I guess resources were the problem and so they sold it at 500 copies (they have to pay for this, remember). Mind Control, who knows. Maybe they don't even have the masters anymore. I don't understand why you defend them so fiercely, the original poster only stated his opinion that is not very rare if you ask me... there really is no need for selling 7" over and over again, why not just release one or two single LPs with all the material if they desperately want to unearth their sketchy archive? It really does smell of cash grabbing indeed.

Most of the archive 10"s and Civilization boxes would be gathering dust in Tesco's warehouse if they wouldn't be strictly limited editions. Tesco/GO have always understood collector mentality, and they've largely been able to remain in business for 30+ years by taking advantage of it.

the least copies you order more expensive will be the bill which relates to a higher sell price, you're brainless...
