This is the 6 track cassette version. Misprinted 5 track versions omit "Sweet Child O' Mine" on all labels though the track does appear on all releases.

On the side "B" cassette label, "Whole Lotta Rosie" is misspelled "Whole Lotta Rosis".Issued with OBI, double-sided lyrics/notes insert, and some also included a letter of apology for the misprint.

Identical to Guns N' Roses - EP except for the absence of Sweet Child O' Mine from this back cover's track listing.
