Without a doubt the main mix is One O'Clock.

Driving, melodic trance of the highest order! So emotional, such a wonderful melody.

To find One O'Clock on a single side of vinyl, look for the German issue.

I don't think this track has ever been issued unmixed on CD or digitally, so that is your best "audiophile" option.

2017 EDIT:

I bought the German issue, and upon comparison with the UK issue I actually have to report that the UK issue sounds better.

Bizarre I know, but the 33rpm version (with the Three O'Clock mix on the same side) sounds more crisp & clear than the 45rpm German version!

Now I want to buy the original Italian 12" to see how it compares with the UK issue!
