Timeless, brilliant and romantic in a classic way, this surprising little record comes around. If it knocks on your door - let it in. Its a good one. A really good one. Moody cinematic moments with 'Paranoia', reminds on old crime movie soundtracks and 'Departure Lounge' would have been perfect on a sixties space-romance hippie movie. One track more delicious than the other.

An ode to old charming library music records.
More than highly recommended.

Diredefender

This is one of those releases that could just pass you by on the first listen, but you'd be well advised to try it again. The LP doesn't contain all the segue tracks that are on the CD version, which is actually a good thing, it means a far more consistent listen. Bubbley and fun, this has more depth each time you hear it.
Even my girlfriend likes it.
Sound out tracks; 'Departure Lounge', 'Optigan' and the fantastic 'Long Shadow'.
