Did the 12" version ever come out in a picture sleeve? All the versions listed appear to only have the generic blank white card sleeve.

600 were pressed and sold in picture sleeve. Once sold out, the band pressed up the plain sleeve version which was effectively their own bootleg.

Got it. Funny, I've been looking out for a picture sleeve version for years, on here and eBay, and I've yet to see one come up.

From memory, I think there was some story that they ran out of money when producing them and so only about half had the picture sleeve and the rest were generic white card sleeves.
