Notes

Housed in a three panel digipak.

"The Shetland Bus was the name given to a secret operation between Shetland and German-occupied Norway between 1941-45. These missions did not go over land, but across the North Sea. With no lights and at constant risk of discovery by German aircraft and patrol boats, crossings were made during winter under the cover of darkness.

This recording brings to life the astonishing account of Norwegian Jan Baalsrud's lengthy escape and incredible survival across the hazardous terrain of Norway."

Recorded at Chem 19 Studios, Blantyre.
Mixed and mastered at the Blue Studio, London.
