Jerre Peterson - TumbleWeed FLAC album

I negotiated the release of this great CD by Jerre Peterson, the older brother of Dickie Peterson who famously played in Blue Cheer. While pictured on the back of the CD, Dickie does not actually play anything on it. Jerre and Dickie are unfortunately no longer with us which makes this CD something of an epitaph. Well worth a listen!!! Several song titles have been incorrectly listed and are thusly corrected: 1. Old Man Coin 7. Butter My Biscuits 8. Dirt Packin' Mama

Hi Lee-Blu,Happy Holidays!!! Just saw your question. The CD was released in 2000. Dickie, who was based in Germany at the time, was visiting his brother Jerre in the United States. Dickie was the one who put me on to the fact that Jerre had recorded a bunch of songs and was looking for a label. I was more than happy to oblige. The great photo of the two musical brothers sharing a kindred moment together would have been taken circa 1998-99. It was provided to us at Captain Trip Records pre-production by Jerre as was the cover shot. Coincidently, I just listened to TUMBLEWEED yesterday. Love it!!!Rock On,Bob
