This version is the original pressing with TR-20-20-A matrix for the A-side. The record was repressed in 1979 with A-side matrix TR-20-20-A-3. A rejected test pressing exists with the matrix ending in A-1, and A-2 was surely rejected as well.

Most copies of this release came with a magenta sticker with black type that says "John Berenzy Group" over where it says "John Berenzy's 20/20". This was after they were contacted by the group 20/20 and asked to change their name. Only the earliest distributed copies are un-stickered and show the original band name.
