Despite having had this 12'' since 2003, I have only ever used "Hold me Lola" which is a strange track in itself h owever this whole 12'' is whacked!!, the beginning is quiet standard trance with a broken beat that slowly builds & eventually becomes a 4/4 kick and so is quiet workable as an opening track due to it's progressive minimalism but at 3.25 there is a break and the whole feel of the tracks changes drastically into some weird psychedelic whacked out number with noisy funky melody i'm not hugely keen on & some equally whacked out vocals, it eventually settles down into a more workable melody coupled with some crazy beat patterns. I prefer to mix it out altogether at the break though as the track is not so workable from 3.25 onwards, at least for me anyway, others may differ. 4/5
Rafaelinraitti is the next totally whacked out track, terrible bass line & there are so many different off the wall sounds, definitely not your run of the mill goa track & depending on your audience will either empty a dancefooor of fill it. 3/5
Oval Office is equally strange, the bass line is similar to Rafaelinraitti & there is some more conventional goa sounds you would expect but again there is some really weird vocal work that will have an audience scratching their heads and thinking "what the fuck" 3/5
Polkkamoduli has an opening similar to hold me lola with a broken beat that becomes a 4/4/ kick so from a structural point of view I like it, but again there are so many totally off the wall weird sounds it simply isn't workable for may audiences.3/5
Overall This is not the most accessible dance music by any stretch, this will go down better with your hardcore LSD fiends & not so well with your average city night clubber 4/5 for innovation!!!!!
