Masterpiece of Philly soul/disco right here. Walter Gibbons works his magic. On the vocal, typical WG brilliance, though a light touch compared with some of his other more experimental mixes (Cellophane, Moon Maiden, etc.). The instrumental is an orchestral epic with no drums until the last couple of minutes. You miss the go-for-broke belting Loleatta Holloway vocals, but you get a memorable end-of-night beauty. The Disco Madness mix (not here) is nice because it combines a bit of both.
