The release is a promotional flexi-disc from the Austrian magazine "Rennbahn Express" and presents the album "Chance" from Manfred Mann's Earth Band, which was album of the month in Feb. 1981 for the magazine. It contains in track 1 and 4 some longer excerpts of the songs "Stranded" and "On The Run" and short snippets of other album songs in track 3. Track 2 and end of track 3 contain short interview statements with Manfred Mann (without the questions). The disc's intro and outro are spoken statements from an unknown introducer about what is presented on the release.
