One of my favorite Melba Moore albums. being a huge fan of the Philly sound. credit. strings and horns by Don Renaldo

Truthcliff
A great album recorded at Philly's Sigma studios that includes The Futures and Barbara Ingram on backing vocals. Standout tracks in my opinion include the gorgeous cover of Archie Bell & The Drell's 'It's Hard Not To Like You' (worth buying the LP for this alone!), the rousing, soulful-disco cut 'You Stepped Into My Life', plus the up-tempo hit 'Pick Me Up, I'll Dance'.

Couldn't agree more Mike. Always a favorite album by Miss Peach Melba !!
