Here's the original advertising/infos from misfits.com:
"The long anticipated Misfits 'Monster Mash' 45 rpm, 7" single is now available in a special collectors edition, limited to 1,000 copies on Glow-in-the-Dark vinyl! The special edition record actually glows-in-the-dark and features the 'Monster Mash' studio version on side A and now by popular fiend demand the previously unavailable live version on side B! This special edition is only available from Misfits.com mail order and unavailable elsewhere! It features the same sleeve art from the green vinyl pressing with completely new A/B side label art on the record itself. Note when playing this special collectors edition on your turntable you may notice a slightly audible crackling throughout playback. This is created by the material used to make the vinyl glow-in-the-dark. It emulates the sound of an old classic record."No front cover.

"The 1999 studio version of “Monster Mash” would later appear on “Cuts from the Crypt” in 2001 and is not the version of “Monster Mash” that appears on “Misfits Project 1950” recorded in 2002 and released in 2003."
