Return and Exchange
No exchange or refund on Kaftans which are FREE SIZE. As this is one size fits all and what you see is the real image of

all our products.
Colour may vary depending on individual monitor settings.
we guarantee that the pictures represent the actual product.
We request that you check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
Exchanges will be honored ( if we are informed immediately when you receive your item), subject to availability within 5

days. Items must be returned unused, odorless in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Until we receive your

returned items, you are responsible for their safe keeping We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit

back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap items adequately to prevent damage.
Please make sure to check the size guide. We cannot exchange an item after 4 days.
Please do contact us immediately to inform us of sizing problem.
Please email us [email protected] to ensure a replacement size is available. Unfortunately your shipping and handling

charges, on exchange items, are your responsibility. ModernNisa is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

Please consider using a tracking service to protect yourself.
We cannot provide refunds on any products purchased from ModernNisa.
Items on Sale, Jewelry, Scarfs cannot be exchange.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. If you order before 1 pm on Mondays – Friday, your order will be dispatched the

same day before 5 pm. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We offer International
