The 1998 album called "Better World" by the French-Algerian band Nomads had the best mix of cultures that the French record labels "Saint George" and "Une Musique" produced: African percussions with Algerian Arabic lyrics, Spanish, French, and some English rap lyrics.
All mixed up only with dance rhythms (just like the Cameroonian singer Wes Madiko did with his bantu languages to his album "Welenga", composed by Michel Sanchez in 1997).

In this album, the songs preach the power of peace on earth and the uniting of cultures (just like Wes' songs did in "Welenga" too), and the rap verses in the album speak of greater things than the rap that other people hear in America.

Also, the female vocals are unknown and not credited, but they can only be heard in some songs of the album.
