The jacket was made on 101 Duncan Mill Road in Don Mills, Ontario, Canada, as is generic for the period. it also illustrates the novelty of the format, as apparantly RCA in Denmark could make the record at Hede Nielsen A/S, but did not have 12'' covers with center holes for maxi singles.
There is a price code on the back of the jacket, BA.
