On the back cover a white band running at the left side telling: "Now Made In The U.S.A."

Unlike Wish You Were Here, this edition's center hub lacks the "Made in USA - Digital Audio Disc Corp." text embossed in the plastic.

Disk is printed black on shiny silver.

Specific pressing year unknown, but post-1994 (due to presence of SID codes)Third issue with different text on the label. The title of the song "Welcome to the Machine" is translated to Spanish as "Bienvenidos al Auto" which means "Welcome to the Car."First issue.
Released with the cover hidden under black shrink wrap with a round Wish You Were Here sticker on the outside of the shrink wrap. Spine is narrow (pinched) at the top and bottom and wide in the middle. Issued with lyrics on a die cut inner sleeve and a glossy postcard of a diving man.

Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-3 comes with inner sleeve with three corners cut and a bottom left corner uncut.
Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-5 comes with inner sleeve with three corners cut and a bottom right corner uncut.
Issue with matrix variant A-1 B-7 comes with inner sleeve with four corners cut.

Matrix variant number one is the first press of this record, other matrix are further pressings but still first issue of this LP.
