Rhys Chatham / Jonathan Kane / DJ Elated System - Septile FLAC album

words, mere words cannot express how much I loathe this record, there is not a single redeeming part to it. I hated it when I first heard it, and having just found it again with the intent of digitally archiving it, I will not waste needle time on it.
Its not worth the £0.12 asking price. AVOID. (my own opinion ,obviously, I'm sure there are some out there who go to bed clutching this vile platter as if it were a lover.. those people too, are to be avoided)

A1 a grumbling tonal journey that lives on the edge of your nerves

A2 an attempt at a moody downbeat piece, samples drop in from Richard Burton and other 'actors', none of which stitch this mess together in any coherent way

B1 I don't know what they are doing to that trumpet player, but its probably outlawed on several planets, and that scampering breakbeat that's doing its best to add some movement is just troublesome to the ear.

B2 brass band accompanying a dull 4 beat and fairground/seaside chatter. Overheard or glimpsed conversations randomly butt heads with Vincent Price while the brass band preset plays a series of sustained notes, which may have been an ashtray left on the keys.
