Chronology is a compilation CD by the Sacramento, CA band Severance. It includes the bands "Joy Circuit" EP (Tracks 1 - 6), the "Midnight Session" Demos (Tracks 7 - 12) and the demos they recorded for Epic Records (Tracks 13 - 18). There are no song titles for the Midnight Sessions and NY Demos on the inlays.
The Midnight Session demos were done at a local studio for a scheduled trip to New York to record the demo CD for Epic Records. The demos for Epic Records were recorded in New York using the $10,000 they had won from MTV's TRL "Big Deal" in 2000. Tracks 15 to 18 were recorded with added special effects by "Machine", the producer.
