Era
Dubplate Culture would have to be one of the most amazing breakbeat tracks I have ever heard, very creative arrangement with the breakbeat and acid before the awe inspiring breakdown/build up which is pure 90's the central melody is a ping pong effect sequence which is actually really fucking intense, sounds like a 16 step sequence that is transposed to higher keys along with a building snare roll & twisted garage style vocals with lots of effects, it maybe breakbeat however they unleash a 4/4 kickdrum over the breakbeat & from there it destroys everything in it's path, amazing !!!
The JDS remix is not bad either, breabeats followed by snare roll leading to kick drum sequence and then followed by a long break featuring the main build up melody used so effectively in the original and finally another snare roll leading to kick drums again 4/5
Anyone who love breakbeat & 4/4 mashups would love this 12''
