Release notes:-
1. Due to the tracks and thus times and GPI, the groove spiral is very very close (tight) and shallow and the audio has had to seriously compromise in both volume and bass which do suffer from lack of level and any depth.

2. The USA edition has two substituted tracks to reflect Capitol's USA controlled version of Beatlemania ts, viz: Yesterday and Eight Days A Week.

3. Love Me Do is Version II (Andy White on drums) and is the original mono only mix of this with some Hi and Low EQ added to give some channel separation for fake/pretend stereo sound.

4. She Loves You is also presented in it's original mono only mix and again with the tampered Hi and low's EQ for channel separation for fake/pretend stereo sound.

5. Originally intended as a double package, then re configured to tie in with the very successful EMI-TV (tv advertised) series of albums and issued as a very cost saving to EMI, audiobly flawed single 12" vinyl album. Capitol were none to happy regarding the quantity per side, usually wanting to rip the public off with 5 - 6 tracks per side and in-house keeping the tax costs down.

Slightly off topic but in these enlightened times>>>>>> nice to see some of Euro cousins favoured the Capitol version of events and not those closer to home! (Ah well, I feel fine, the Euro-Vision song contest is all but upon us yet again, what a day trip that will be for some and we can always rely on Brazil and New Zealand, they like us :) )
