It appears that your copy of the album has a back cover that was intended to be used with a version of the album that has a very different track list. It's not simply that the tracks are out of order. The titles of 7 of 10 tracks are completely different. If that is how your copy of the album originally was packaged, it would be an interesting variation. Of course, there's always the possibility that the mismatch occurred at some later point in the transmission of your copy of the album when someone inadvertently put the wrong disc in the wrong cover. But in any event, I think you should submit your version as a separate release. Be sure to include in your submission images of its front and back covers and disc labels, and add a Note pointing out the difference between the track list on the disc labels and the track list on the back cover.
