The Monkees - Porpoise Song / As We Go Along FLAC album

The Monkees at their most psychedelic, and two excellent songs, both taken (albeit in variants - see below) from the "HEAD" soundtrack LP. "Porpoise Song" is a great pop psych gem, written by non other than Goffin & King, and still holds up to this day (as a good chunk of Monkees songs do). "As We Go Along" is an upbeat psych-folk number, and has excellent Micky Dolenz vocals.

It should also be noted that the single version of "Porpoise Song" is longer than the album cut, and worth seeking out.
