Music recorded between 1976 and 1979.

Hidden tracks indicated as EE (Easter Eggs).
Although the date 2002 is printed on the insert and disc, this DVD did not see release until 2003. Pressings 1 & 2 on Euro Ralph were 2002 and alterations to artwork were minimal.
