A-side hand-written titled "Green Grass Of Home" but obviously plays a reggae-version of "Detroit City" probably best-known from Tom Jones.
B-side offers an instrumental, the saxophone plays parts of reggae-fav "Blue Moon".
White "Test"-label, titles handwritten on both sides. Looks like a FAB pre-release.
