Various - DRBAGAIN02 FLAC album

My copy is quiet, but played on good speakers and headphones I find the bass to be adequate. Maybe a bit more surface noise than I'd like but I'm happy with my copy and am stoked to have it.

Echoing what everyone else has said below regarding this pressing; All tracks on my copy have no sub bass and its pressed very quietly (gains are turned up to 4/5 o clock on the mixer and still pretty quiet), plus the 'unreleased' version of 'Tear it Up' is exactly the same version on Confetti Dubs 5 so not technically 'unreleased'. Might be OK to play on the radio if you carefully fiddle with the EQ but no good for playing out whatsoever - a real shame. Props to Dr Banana for issuing a statement in response to all the complaints; I trust lessons have been learned and I eagerly await DRBAGAIN03 (whatever that might be!) :-)

I just hope they repress this and give these tunes the proper treatment they deserve!

Awful pressing. Such a shame. Unable to play anything on this release out.

Dr Banana has said the following about this release:'We apologies for the sound issues with DRBAGAIN02 - we can confirm all tracks where taken from the original DATs and remastered. we had to skip TP stage for this release due to time pressures and a recent hitch at MPO which meant we had to switch pressing plants. We can assure you this wont happen again with future releases. As for the the Tear It Up remix we where told this was an unreleased version by Confetti so released it titled as such'.

As other comments, pressing is very quiet & no low end bass ! Unreleased mix sounds the same as Confetti dubs 5 :(

Really poor pressing, still very quiet with gain to the max - a shame because I was very happy to get hold of these tracks.
